Ticket information
Tickets for our performances may be purchased online, by telephone, or directly at the theatre box office. Simply choose the option most convenient for you – we look forward to your visit.
Ticket sales
Advance sale
As a rule, advance ticket sales open around ten weeks before the performance date – occasionally even earlier. We are happy to notify you by email as soon as sales begin. Simply use the “Receive advance-sale notification” function on the date of your chosen performance.
If you prefer not to request a notification, it is worth checking our website regularly.
Ticket shop
You can access our ticket shop via the event page of your selected show or directly through our calendar.
Please note: When booking online, you will first choose fixed seats – however, on the evening of the performance, seating is open at your booked table.
Tickets purchased in our ticket shop can be printed at home, saved as a mobile ticket on your smartphone, or sent to you by post.

Seating plan
The box office and foyer are fully accessible. Within the auditorium, barrier-free seating is available in Price Category I, up to the fifth row of tables (tables 106–139).
Subject to availability, wheelchair places – as well as tickets for accompanying persons – can be booked by telephone at +49 30 390 665 50.

Concessions
School pupils, trainees, and students up to the age of 35, as well as participants in the Federal Voluntary Service and unemployed persons, are entitled – subject to availability and upon presentation of valid identification – to concessionary tickets.
If your disability card bears the mark “B”, your accompanying person will receive a complimentary ticket.

At the box office and in the auditorium we accept cash, EC cards, and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa). For online bookings you may pay conveniently by PayPal, Mastercard, or Visa.
